Using your Miscava account

You must be at least 18 years old, or have consent from a parent or legal guardian, to create a Miscava account.

Please keep your password secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• Create only one personal account unless authorized by Miscava
• Provide accurate information so we can deliver your orders
• Use the platform for lawful purposes related to purchasing pet supplies

Orders and subscriptions

We strive to ship every order on time, but availability or circumstances outside our control may cause delays. When this happens we will communicate updates promptly.

Autoship discounts apply only while the subscription remains active. You can pause or cancel Autoship deliveries at any time from your account settings.

Content you share

Reviews, photos, and other content submitted to Miscava should reflect your honest experiences.

By sharing content, you grant Miscava a license to display it within the marketplace and our marketing channels. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

Returns and refunds

If your pet is not delighted, contact us within 30 days for help with replacements or refunds. Some items, including prescription products, may have unique return requirements that will be listed on the product page.

Updates to these terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services or legal requirements. When we do, we will post the revised terms here and notify you in the Miscava app or by email.

By continuing to use Miscava after updates take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.
