Review these Autoship terms before enabling subscriptions. They explain billing, delivery windows, and how to make changes so you stay in control of recurring orders.
How Autoship works
Autoship lets you schedule repeat deliveries for eligible products. Pricing, discounts, and delivery windows are shown at checkout before you confirm.
- Your first order processes immediately; future orders follow the schedule you set
- You can pause, skip, or change quantities from your account up to 24 hours before the next charge
- Some heavy or temperature-sensitive items may have different delivery slots in Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, or Lalitpur
Pricing and promotions
Autoship discounts apply only while the subscription stays active and for items that remain eligible. We will notify you if a supplier changes prices or eligibility.
- We honor the price displayed at the time each order is confirmed
- Coupons may apply to your first shipment only unless stated otherwise
- If an item is out of stock, we will pause that line and message you with alternatives before charging
Billing, cancellations, and returns
Your saved payment method is charged at the time each Autoship order is processed. Receipts are emailed after successful payment.
You can cancel any future Autoship from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future shipments and charges but does not affect orders that have already been dispatched.
- To avoid the next charge, cancel or skip at least 24 hours before the scheduled date
- Returns follow our standard policy for unopened items; contact support if a delivery arrives damaged
- If a payment fails, we will notify you and retry before canceling the pending shipment
