Onboarding and documentation

All vendors must provide proof of business registration, tax clearance, and product authorizations before listings go live.

Catalog data should include clear titles, ingredient lists, batch/expiry dates, and country of origin so customers can compare responsibly.

• Upload certificates of analysis or veterinary clearances for regulated items
• Disclose storage requirements and temperature sensitivities where applicable
• Assign a quality owner who can respond to compliance requests within two business days

Product quality and fulfillment standards

Inventory must be genuine, sealed, and within shelf-life; substitutions or parallel imports are not allowed without approval.

Orders should ship within promised service levels for Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, and Lalitpur. Provide advance notice for outages or recalls so we can inform customers promptly.

• Pack items securely with tamper-evident seals for food, treats, and medication
• Maintain lot traceability for all shipped items to support returns or safety actions
• Honor Miscava return windows and reimburse eligible refunds within the agreed SLA

Data, pricing, and marketing controls

List accurate prices inclusive of required taxes and clearly note promotional windows or bundle conditions.

Marketing assets (images, claims, and copy) must follow Nepal advertising rules, avoid medical claims, and stay consistent with approved packaging.

Incident response and contact

Report safety issues, suspected counterfeits, or customer escalations immediately to compliance@miscava.com. Vendors must cooperate with investigations and remove impacted stock as directed.
